Local SEO for real estate agents

Real estate SEO that makes you the neighborhood's agent

Buyers and sellers research the town long before they pick an agent. We build neighborhood pages, a Google Business Profile in your own name and a steady review habit, so people from Yardley to Chestnut Hill already know you when they're ready to move, with your brokerage shown the way Pennsylvania requires.

Searches we target
  • realtor doylestown
  • real estate agent newtown pa
  • homes for sale yardley
  • sell my house bucks county
  • listing agent chestnut hill

Examples. Your audit shows the searches that matter in the towns you serve.

Why real estate agents call us

Be the agent people find when they search the neighborhood.

What owners tell us

  • The big listing portals own every search for homes in my town.
  • My brokerage has a Google profile, but nobody can find me by name.
  • I post listings on social media and get likes, not clients.

What we do about it

  • Neighborhood and town guides that answer what buyers and sellers actually ask
  • A Google profile in your name that follows the rules for agents inside a brokerage
  • Brokerage name and phone on every page and post, as the Commission requires

Your website

Neighborhood pages are the real estate SEO play

Listing pages come straight from the MLS and appear on thousands of other sites, so Google has little reason to favor yours. Neighborhood pages are different: your own words on commutes, parks, housing styles and recent sales, with your IDX search for that area underneath. We describe places, never who should live in them, to stay within fair housing rules, and every page carries your brokerage's name and phone number.

Real estate agents FAQ

Questions owners ask us.

Can I have my own Google Business Profile if I work under a brokerage?

Usually, yes. Google allows an individual agent a profile in their own name if they deal with the public and can be reached at the verified location during the hours listed. If you are the only agent at a branded office, Google prefers one shared profile named for the brand and you. We check which case fits before setting anything up.

Do I have to show my brokerage's name on my own site and posts?

In Pennsylvania, yes. The State Real Estate Commission requires ads by a salesperson to include the employing broker's business name and phone number, in equal size, and that covers websites and social posts too. We build it into every template so you never have to think about it.

How can I compete with the big listing portals?

Not on listing searches; they will always have more homes. You compete on the questions portals answer poorly: what a neighborhood is like, what nearby homes sold for, how to sell an older house in Yardley. That is where an agent with real local knowledge stands out.

Do I need IDX on my website?

It keeps buyers browsing on your site, but it won't carry your SEO alone, because every agent's site shows the same listings. We set it up on your own domain and wrap it in neighborhood content nobody else has.

Our team wants one brand. How does that work?

Pennsylvania lets a team advertise under a team name that uses a team member's licensed name, as long as the ads name every member and the brokerage. We set up the site and profiles that way and keep the brokerage name the same size as the team name.
