CPA marketing that fills your calendar before tax season, and after it
People go looking for an accountant at two moments: when the tax forms arrive, and when a letter from the IRS does. Whether you run a CPA firm, a tax practice or a bookkeeping business, we build your Google Business Profile, service pages and reviews so the right clients find you in January and stay with you through October.
- cpa near me
- cpa newtown pa
- tax preparer doylestown
- bookkeeper for small business montgomery county
- accountant for self employed philadelphia
Examples. Your audit shows the searches that matter in the towns you serve.
Win the client in January and keep them all year.
What owners tell us
- Every new client shows up in March and wants it done by April 15.
- People can't tell a CPA from a tax preparer from a bookkeeper on our site.
- We're great with numbers and terrible at asking for reviews.
What we do about it
- Service pages for tax prep, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory, written for owners
- Profile categories and titles that say exactly who you are and what you're licensed to do
- A review request at the end of each engagement, with replies that keep client details private
Your profile, set up for accountants.
Your Google profile decides whether you show on the map. This is where we start.

Reviews

One site that explains CPA, tax prep and bookkeeping clearly
In Pennsylvania only licensed CPAs and licensed firms may use the CPA title, and careful clients look for it. Each service page says who does the work, whether that is a CPA, an enrolled agent or a bookkeeper, and we add pages for the questions people search in a panic: a letter from the IRS, a missing 1099, a first year in business.

“Tax season used to bring in nearly all of our new business. Now a good share of new clients sign up for monthly books in the summer, after finding our bookkeeping page.”
Local accountants, local plans.
Based in Holland, Bucks County, we work with accountants across Southeastern Pennsylvania, remotely and by phone, and with businesses anywhere in the US on national search.
Questions owners ask us.
When should an accounting firm start marketing for tax season?
In the fall. Searches for tax help climb in January, and the firms people find first are the ones whose profiles, reviews and pages were already in shape. October through December is the time to get them there.
I'm a tax preparer, not a CPA. Can you still help?
Yes. We set your profile up as a tax preparation service and write pages that are clear about your credentials, since Pennsylvania restricts the CPA title to licensed CPAs and firms. Being plain about what you do earns more trust than a borrowed title.
How do I get new clients outside of tax season?
Give your year-round work its own pages and posts: bookkeeping, payroll, quarterly estimates, IRS letters, setting up a new business. Those searches happen every month, and a client who starts with bookkeeping often stays for the return.
Can I reply to reviews without breaking confidentiality?
Yes, as long as the reply never confirms the person is a client or mentions their situation. We draft replies that thank the reviewer and speak to how the firm works in general, and we handle unhappy reviews with the same care.
Will you write about tax law changes?
We write plain-English posts and pages on topics you choose, and you or your team review each one for accuracy before it goes live. Your name is on the advice, so you get the final word.
Other trades we know well.
