Google Business Profile management and optimization, every week
Your Google profile is often the first thing a customer sees, before your website and before they call. It needs the right categories, current hours, fresh photos and a reply under every review, and it can change quietly when Google or the public suggests an edit. We look after the whole profile for each location: a full optimization up front, then weekly posts, review replies you approve, and a monthly report on the calls and clicks it brings in. You stay the owner, and we work as a manager on the profile.
From $199/mo per location. Your free audit comes with an exact quote.
When your Google profile has been left on its own
- Our last Google post was months ago, if we ever made one.
- Reviews sit there without a reply because nobody has the time.
- Google changed our hours or category and we never approved it.
- I'm not sure the profile lists every service we offer.
- The photos are old, blurry or uploaded by strangers.
- Customers call on holidays because our hours never change.
Everything on your profile, kept accurate and active
Categories, services and description
We pick the primary and secondary categories that match the work you actually do, list each service, and write a plain-English description. Your business name stays exactly as customers see it on your signs and invoices, because Google can suspend profiles with extra keywords in the name.
Service areas and hours
If customers don't come to you, your home or shop address stays off the profile and the towns you serve go on instead (Google allows up to 20 service areas). Regular hours stay current, and holiday hours go up before each holiday.
Weekly Google posts
An update, an offer or a recent job goes out every week, with a photo and a button to call or get a quote. You see each draft first, or switch to scheduled posting once you're comfortable.
Photos of the real work
New photos of your team, vehicles and finished jobs are added through the month. Customer photos that are off-topic, misleading or show another business get reported to Google for removal.
A reply to every review
Each new review, good or bad, gets a specific reply drafted for you to approve. We also help you ask every customer for a review, with no discounts or gifts attached, since Google removes reviews given in exchange for a reward.
Edits caught and results reported
Anyone can suggest a change to a business on Google, and Google sometimes updates details on its own. We check your profile regularly and reverse edits that are wrong. Each month you get a short report on calls, direction requests and website clicks from the profile.
Profile suspended, unverified or taken over? We'll help you sort it out the right way.
Profiles get into trouble more often than owners expect. A keyword added to the business name, an address that breaks the service-area rules, a second profile someone made years ago, or a former employee or old agency still holding ownership can each lead to a suspension, a failed verification or an owner locked out. We find what triggered the problem, bring the profile in line with Google's guidelines and gather the documents Google asks for, such as your business registration, a license or a utility bill. Then we file the appeal or verification together with you. To be straight about it: Google makes the final call, it doesn't give a timeline, and an appeal can only be submitted once. That's why we fix everything before anything is sent, and why we never suggest shortcuts like starting a fresh profile.
- A review of the profile against Google's guidelines to find the likely cause
- Business name, address and service areas corrected before anything is submitted
- Duplicate or outdated profiles reported so Google can remove or merge them
- Help getting ownership back from a former employee or agency
- Verification walked through step by step, including video verification when Google asks for it
- No virtual offices, borrowed addresses or other tricks that put the profile at risk again
How profile management works
- Access and auditYou add us as a manager, so the profile stays in your name. We score it and list every fix, most important first.
- Clean-upCategories, services, description, service areas, hours and photos are corrected, with your sign-off on anything that changes how you're described.
- Weekly carePosts go out, new reviews get replies, and we watch for suggested edits and new customer photos.
- Monthly reportA plain summary of calls, direction requests and website clicks from the profile, what we changed and what comes next.
What changes the price of profile management
Profile management is billed monthly for each location. The starting price covers one profile in good standing, whether customers come to you or you go to them. These are the things that move it.
From $199/mo per location. Your free audit comes with an exact quote.
What changes the price
- How many locations, and so how many profiles, you have
- How many new reviews come in each month that need a reply
- How often you want posts, and whether we need to supply the photos
- A one-time repair for a suspended, unverified or duplicate profile
- Practices where individual dentists, lawyers or agents also have their own profiles
Questions owners ask us.
What's the difference between Google Business Profile management and local SEO?
Profile management looks after the Google profile itself: categories, posts, photos, reviews and unwanted edits. Local SEO includes all of that and adds the other things that decide who shows up on the map, such as local pages on your website, citations on other directories, block-by-block map scans and checks on what AI assistants say about you. If the profile is your main gap, start here. If competitors keep appearing above you, local SEO is usually the better fit.
Is Google My Business the same thing as Google Business Profile?
Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile in 2021, and you now manage it straight from Google Search and Maps. The listing, reviews and photos you had carried over unchanged.
Will I still own my profile?
Always. You add us as a manager from your profile settings and stay the primary owner. You can see every change we make and remove our access whenever you like.
How do you respond to Google reviews?
Every review gets a reply written for that customer, not a template. Happy reviews get a genuine thank-you that mentions the job. Unhappy ones get a calm, factual reply that offers to make things right privately, without arguing or sharing personal details. You approve the reply, and Google checks it against its policies before it appears.
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only Google can remove a review, and only when it breaks Google's rules, for example spam, a conflict of interest or a review meant for another business. We report those for you. An honest negative review stays up, so the best response is a good reply and a steady stream of new reviews from real customers.
Can you get my suspended profile reinstated?
We can fix what caused the suspension and prepare a strong appeal with the right paperwork, but the decision belongs to Google alone. Each appeal gets one review and Google gives no timeline, so we make sure it's complete and accurate before it goes in.
What happened to the questions and answers on my profile?
Google retired the public Q&A section on Business Profiles in late 2025. Many questions are now answered by Google's AI, drawing on your profile, your website and your reviews. So we make sure your services, towns, hours and policies are spelled out clearly in all of those places, giving it accurate facts to work from.
