How much does website maintenance cost?
Monthly care is priced on how complex your site is and how many edits you need. The starting price is on our services page, and the free audit shows which plan fits before you commit to anything.
Can you take over my existing WordPress site?
Yes, even if someone else built it. We start with a health check and take a full backup before touching anything. A site that's years behind on updates sometimes needs to be caught up in stages, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
Will updates break my site?
Updates can clash with each other, which is why we test them first and take a fresh backup right before. If something does go wrong, we roll it back and sort out the conflict before trying again.
What happens if my site gets hacked while you're looking after it?
We clean it up as part of your plan and work out how it happened. Regular updates and the firewall make a hack much less likely, and if one does get through, a recent backup is ready to restore.
My WordPress site is hacked right now. Can you help if I'm not a client?
Yes. Call us at 215-801-6036 and we'll do a one-time clean-up, patch the way they got in and request a review from Google. Afterward, a care plan is there if you want it, with no pressure.
Do you host my website?
We don't resell hosting. We recommend a host that suits your site, you sign up in your own name, and you give us delegate access to manage it. The account, the billing and the site always stay yours, and you can remove our access at any time.
Do you maintain Wix, Squarespace or Shopify sites?
Yes, on the content side. Those platforms handle their own software updates and security, so our work there is edits, new pages, images, speed and search checks rather than plugin updates.
Do I need a long-term contract?
